I’m back
Hello, readers. I know it’s been awhile but I have not forgotten about A Rose, just busy and to be honest unmotivated. A lot has changed personally and in the world since the last post. I’ve started working from home and there is a new administration heading our country for starters.
I’ve been thinking of a topic for this post but couldn’t really choose, so this post is dedicated to reflection. I really want to break it down in some way and put some things into perspective for some of you reading.
What is reflection defined as? From dictionary.com there are 7 different definitions of the word. Reflection can be applied to different fields including physics, mathematics, and anatomy. As a noun, reflection is defined as a thought occurring in consideration or meditation.
Earlier I mentioned being unmotivated and while that is true, I personally think it’s a result of constant motion. In physics there are laws and one of these laws is the law or reflection which is r=i so for every angle of reflection there is an equal angle of incidence but there needs to be some sort of source to cause both of these angles.
So now after your mini physics lesson my point is, reflection is necessary and part of energy. One thing that interferes with a reflection would be a rough surface. Optimal conditions produce optimal results and that is true to life. Try not to let the temporary rough surface disproportionately reflect the rest of your life.
Please continue to reflect and practice reflection. It is necessary for you and the balance in the universe. As reflection can be applied to different fields of study, make it a practice for yourself.
Some tips that I have for you all include drinking water throughout the day, set reminders to eat, take a step outside even if it is to check your mail, and take a break while you’re working.
You’re doing the best that you can in the middle of a pandemic. Keep being safe for yourself, your family and friends, and community. Take the necessary rest and continue to fight for Black lives because the fight is not over.
